STEP 1
We, at Home Path, will ensure that your property is visible to the most suitable tenants through specialised online, offline, and mobile marketing. Following this, we will arrange and finalise the necessary tenancy agreements and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
STEP 2
Whilst the property is occupied, we will undertake regular inspections and share monthly reports with you, the landlord. If any essential maintenance on the property is required, we will coordinate the necessary arrangements through our trusted network of tradesmen.
STEP 3
Throughout this package our team will be on-hand to share expertise with property owners to ensure that their properties can reach their maximum investment potential.
