GUARANTEED RENTHOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1
We, at Home Path, effectively become your tenant. We become responsible in managing your property and providing you with monthly payments on the same date every month even if your property is empty. We are your immediate and only port of call as the contract is between us and you, the landlord.
STEP 2
Once the property has been viewed and approved, we will set a fixed start date. This is when you will receive your rent every month directly from us. No matter how long it takes us to find the right tenant, whether the property is occupied or not, you will receive your rent every month on this date, guaranteed.
STEP 3
Through our guaranteed rental package, your property will have access to our experienced network of professional tenants. We can ensure that those renting your properties are properly vetted, respectful, and professional.
